17. 3. 2009.		Stipan Raletić „CARVED FILIGRAND EGGS“
		Stipan Raletić, artist from Subotica has opened his individual exhibition today at a local Gerontologycal Center at 5 PM. The main theme of this event is „THE CARVED FILIGRAND EGGS“(hand-painted eggs), while the exhibition bears the name SNOVID JAVE. The happening is going on well, numerous artists were present at the opening,what is more SUBOTICA TV, TELEVISION OF NOVI SAD, K23, AND YU ECO TV are all sending their representatives to record the marvellous moments of this event. The exhibition is on tomorrow, entry free, everybody is welcome. Congratulations Stipan!
24. 10. 2007.		Natasa Djurickovic - ”On the Edge”
		,,On the Edge’’- topic of this year’s opus,consisting of 17 paintings of combined techniques( melted plastique, sand, glass, acryllic), with the motif of a pheasant’s feather, emblem of happiness, beauty and immortality. On the verge between the good and evil, and masterpiece, goodness and ruthlessness, sorrow and fortune… Paraphrasing Prof. Vesna Vukša Nataša illuminates the way of happiness, not the goal of happiness. According to Mirko Stojković’s words that everything is on the verge – the whole world, but one needn’t be there… The ,,Cultural Mosaic’’ is displaying Nataša’s episode of ,,On the Edge’’ on Saturday, 2007.10.20. at 7 o’clock p.m. at the castle of ,,Kaštel’’, situated in the center of Voivodina.
21. 8. 2007.		Artists from Subotica won 3 awards
		Members from „Team Q” , Istvan Torok, Katarina Mandic and Ana Szolosi, artists from Subotica, each won first prize on the International Art Festival in Zalaegerszeg-Hungary, held from July 30 to August 11. The winners inaugurated their awards on the solemn closing ceremony in the presence of all the other participants. Following Katarina`s last year -triumph, this year seems also successful and proves the talent and productivity of our artists. In competition with Ukrainian, Austrian, Romanian, Slovakian, Polish, Slovenian, Swedish, Macedonian and Croatian artists they gave an outstanding result. Congratulations!
27. 9. 2006.		Cecilia Miler`s exhibition in Sombor
		Constant member of our colony, Cecilia Miler is going to have her individual exhibition on the 29th of September at 7pm at the Adult Education Center of Sombor. This time Cecilia is going to display 22 artworks ( dimensions 80x100 cms), introducing a new technique of hers, beside her well known aquarells and oil on canvas artworks , now she introduces acrylic on mediapan. The main themes are landscapes and still lives, admission free.
16. 9. 2006.		New members in August
		In August Zoran Paunovic-Dorotej from Zrenjanin and Bojan Kiridzic from Petrovaradin joined our colony. He paints landscapes, surroundings of Karlovac and motifs of religious institutions, his style varies from realistic to surrealistic, applies oil on canvas technique. His artworks can be found in Europe, in the US and in Australia. Bojan is inspired by the motifs of the Fortress of Petrovaradin. Congratulations!
16. 9. 2006.		The exhibition of Lili Bunjik in Novi Sad
		Lili Bunjik,member of our colony prepaired a surprise. She is going to have her individual exhibition on the 16th of September,2006. The opening will be given the name Nudes and will be held at cafe Nublu, in Novi Sad. The exhibition is going to ast till the 7th of October, 2006. Ivana Janjic - comment In social gloominess, Lili’s inner life comes as a blaze. She neither wants to shock nor to evoke the dark image of the oppressed woman, but in the forefront, she features the idea of beauty neglected by the present.She studies fairness through the prism of affection and spiritism. She wants the observer to be owerwhelmed with good feelings while looking at her work and in that way, not captured in a moment, she relives the meaning of a long lost idea about traditional art.
10. 8. 2006.		In that Sombor- Chapel as painter`s gallery
		As soon as the holiday is over, Jene Visinka, our painter from Sombor, is going to open his gallery in the center of the city, in the locality of the Chapel of Ivan Saint Nepomuk. ( built in 1751), on Holy Trinity Square. As he came to this idea and realized his plans, he says : -following the restoration, the church was being unused , since there was no person to keep watch. So a deal has been made: I`ll be the one who `ll guard over and in return I `ll be allowed to open my gallery in the places of the church... Sombor hasn`t got many souvenirs, I painted the picture of the two oldest tiles, one taken from the roof of the Townhall of Sombor, the other from the church. With new dimensions, these souvenirs will play a very important part in the lives of people who feel nostalgia..They are free to bring in parts of their history to the new gallery – Visinka made the statement Congratulations!
10. 8. 2006.		New member Sinisa Kapeler
		A talented artist from Zrenjanin, Sinisa Kapeler, joined our colony in July. By profession he is an architect. His technique is oil on canvas –his paintings are hyperrealistic. So original are his paintings, that people often wonder whether they are observing a photo or a painter’s work. Congratulations!
30. 6. 2006.		New members and works in June
		In June, new members from Zrenjanin and Petrovaradin joined the Voivodina Colony of Artists. Ruzica, Sanja and Ziva Cukic, Zoltan Sabo and Rastko Petrovic from Zrenjanin, and mister Zivojin Miskov from Petrovaradin. Ruzica displayed her impressions made of temper, Sanja exhibited lino-engravings, while Ziva introduced his icons, which he makes to order. Zoltan Sabo puts stress upon still lives but at the same time paints landscapes and animal paintings. Rastko Stefanovic, the young, perspectival painter displayed his sequel of paintings , applying various techniques, from Indian ink through pastel and aquarelle to combined techniques and oil on canvas. His works revive the touch of symbolism, surrealism and impressionism. Mister Zivko Miskov, Master of painting, characteristic for his symbolism, historicism and surrealism, exhibited works in oil on canvas techniques. We welcome the new members and congratulate them on their joining to our colony.
4. 6. 2006.		New members in May
		In May the ``Voivodina Colony of Artists``spread its membership with three new artists.They are Katarina Gruber and Jozef Kuti from Subotica, and Svetislav Ludoski from Zrenjanin. Katarina G. Exhibited in straw techniques, Jozef K. Applied oil on panel techniques, especially presenting still life and landscapes, while Svetislav L. introduced a sequence of paintings , with the title ``Border``, applying oil on canvas techniques. Congratulations!
8. 5. 2006.		New members in April
		In April the "Voivodina Colony of Artists" spread its membership with Ilona and Nevenka Rešetar, from Novi Sad, and Ljubiša Motić, from Perlez, uses varieties from hipper - realism to classic realism. The new members exhibited mostly icons and still lives, applying oil on canvas techniques and a new, interesting one - oil on burnt plank. Congratulations!
8. 5. 2006.		Exibition of "PEART" painter`s
		On May 09, at 7 PM, the exhibition of "PEART" painter`s association from Novi Sad will be held in the Népkör (Subotica).
6. 3. 2006.		New members of the artist - colony in February
		In february, our colony spread its membership with 3 new artists (and 24 works), who wanted to present their works on our website. Eva Horvat Uzon from Subotica, who exhibited silk-works, Nataša Đuričković from Crvenka, introduced with acryl on canvas techniques, and Josip Cvijin from Subotica, presented still lives and landscapes, applied oil and acrylic (on canvas and wood) techniques. Congratulations!
3. 2. 2006.		Will the renowned artist from Subotica join our colony?
		In the pavilion of Belgrade "Cvijeta Zuzović", on January 26 the exhibition of the new members` paintings was held, called ULUS (association of serbian artists). Among the exhibited works "Grandpa`s box" could be seen, done by Jona Miković. In a cpmpetition with 120 contestants ,she managed to get among the best 65 menbers. Jona finished the "University of Fine Arts",under the leadership of prof. Anđelka Bojović. She has had 3 individualand 10 collective exhibitions so far,participated in the workof 5 artist colonies.
29. 12. 2005.		Buses decorated with paintings- travelling-exhibition
		Don`t be astonished if you notice works of artists on the busesof "Subotica Trans". Workshop "Zenith", with Rončak Petrović Erik organized a "travelling exhibition" containing 14 works of Gropu Q, 2 works from Sombor, 3 works of children ( Bravo Studio) and awork from Elementary School, I.G.Kovačić. The organizer`s aimis to present a visual culture as an important segment of everyday life. Išvan Terek, academic artist,expressed his gratitude toward the supporters in front of "Group Q",thanked for the opportunity for presenting his group this way. Finally each of the sponsors was given a painting. The supporters of this respectable exhibition are: "Pro Helvetia"(Switzerland), Gu Subotica, "Subotica Trans" and "Kraft Marketing".
19. 12. 2005.
		On December,19,2005-in the House of Representatives Ap-Voivodina,in Novi Sad,a promotion of ART website was held,supported by the Provincial Secretariat of Education and Culture.After the words of welcome by Dusan VUjicic(assistant of Provincial SEcretariat),Bela Vojic, boss of Internet-house "TIPPNET",greeted the attendance,and made a contribution to the technical data and availability of this website. Josip Juric,the manager of "ART"website,presented the goal of creating this project and told about the artists and their works,furthermore demonstrated statistics of plans and the progress they`ve made so far. Finally Mr.Bunjik ZOltan ,Provincial Secretary made a comment on the advantages of such actions which are useful for both the artists and users of the site, he also emphasized that hey are ready to support this project and similar activities at any time.
